It’s time for some spring cleaning!
Where in your life do you need to clear more clutter?
Maybe it’s in your office, your car, or in your relationships.
Maybe it’s in your kitchen, or in your schedule, in your body, or in your vibration.
No matter where you need to clear clutter, the cause of clutter is usually an emotional conflict. Which means that clearing it needs to be an “inside job.” If you have a clutter challenge, you know that cleaning up the space doesn’t last very long. And when it doesn’t last long, you know that’s because there are deeper layers and emotional reasons to hold onto your stuff, or resist letting it go.
Maybe…
You feel afraid to let your clutter go…
You feel afraid of who you’ll be without your stuff
You don’t feel safe without the “protection”
You see your stuff as love, attention, or worthiness
You prefer to hide behind it
Try these tapping sequences below to help you release any kind of clutter. (And check out our gentle yet deep dive program into this challenge: Clearing Clutter from the Inside Out.)
