Just feel the energy of those two behaviors: “chasing” or “choosing.” Which energy would you rather come from in your life?
I’m sure you’ve noticed the energy of “chasing” in sales, in abundance, in marketing, in dating… If you’ve been around it, you know that it feels somewhat anxious and even desperate at times.
If you want to feel better – raise your vibration, and feel more empowered – you’ll need to stop chasing and start choosing. That means you will need to clear the energy of scarcity so you can stop feeling like you need to chase abundance, success, happiness, or satisfaction.
When I started studying this topic, I realized that I simply wanted to be able to choose my vibration, because I knew that all the manifestations I wanted would come from a positive vibration.

If you want to turn this energy around, you will need to choose your thoughts, your words, and your reactions to situations, rather than coming from a fearful place of lack. This also means that you will need to honor and release any emotional conflicts you might have that block your ability to choose.
