Keep it moving…

Keep what moving? All of it.

Keep it all moving.

Keep your clutter moving.

Keep your feelings moving.

Keep your circulation moving.

Keep your body moving.

Keep your relationships moving.

In order to stay fresh and in the flow, you’ll need to keep your energy moving in all these areas of your life.

When you don’t keep your energy moving, some part of your life stagnates, and when a part of your life stagnates, you get symptoms – emotional, energetic or physical “symptoms” that will bother you.

This is one of the original principles from the ancient art of acupuncture. When you use acupuncture or tap on the meridian points… this keeps your energy moving, so nothing gets stuck or stagnated.

Pick a part of your life where you feel you have not been keeping your energy moving…

The key questions are:

Where is your life stuck?
What are you afraid of?
Why aren’t you keeping your energy moving?
What emotions are blocking you?

See if any answers to these questions resonate with you, then you’ll know what your specific block is in any part of your life. Maybe you’re afraid to move forward, maybe you’re afraid to stand out, or maybe you’re afraid of resolving a conflict that has surfaced at home or at work.

Try these Tapping sequences below to start moving your energy in any part of your life.

Side of Hand: Even though I haven’t been keeping my energy moving, I accept who I am and why I’ve been stuck. Even though I’ve been stuck and haven’t been keeping my energy moving, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway. Even though I’ve been afraid of moving my energy, I accept who I am and how I feel.

Eyebrow: I haven’t been keeping my energy moving
Side of Eye: I’ve been stuck
Under Eye: I’ve been afraid to move forward
Under Nose: I’ve felt a little frozen
Chin: I feel afraid, so I stay stuck
Collarbone: I don’t know how to keep my energy moving
Under Arm: I’m afraid to move forward
Head: I can’t seem keep my energy moving

Take a deep breath, and start Tapping again on these more positive statements:

Eyebrow: I’ve been afraid to keep my energy moving
Side of Eye: But I’m ready to release my fear
Under Eye: I’ve been afraid to move forward
Under Nose: But I’m ready now
Chin: I feel better letting go
Collarbone: I feel ready to move forward
Under Arm: I can feel my energy moving already
Head: I’m ready to keep it moving

Take another deep breath… and continue Tapping on any emotions or conflicts that are keeping you stuck in any part of your life. Notice where the energy is stuck, ask yourself some questions, and tap on the blocks!
