I’m sure you are asking, what are my “yets” – (never even heard of a “yet” ?) – so how can I accept them?

Your “yets” are those issues you’ve struggled with most of your life that you just can’t let go of… those “biggies” that you have YET to release.  And part of why it’s so challenging to release these conflicts is because you have not been able, until now, to accept them (and yourself) deeply and completely.  Some examples of a “yet” might be:

(1) The time you yelled at someone and never apologized

(2) Your hatred of your body that no one knows about

(3) How you neglected your family during that challenging time in your life

(4) That “ex” of yours you can’t (and won’t?) let go of yet…

(5) The resentment about what happened in a relationship long ago

(6) Your self-hatred for that big mistake you can’t tell anyone about

You get the point.

Many people are convinced that if they accept any of their “yets” it means they are letting themselves off the hook, fogiving themselves for something unforgivable, or allowing themselves to get away with a terrible act of selfishness.  The opposite is true.  If you finally Accept Your Yets then you can deal with them once and for all, rather than allowing them to take up so much room in your mind and so many energetic cells in your body.  This process will actually allow you to have more time for yourself and others. If you haven’t accepted your yets, you are letting them rule your life – unconsciously perhaps – but each one of them has all the power it needs to stay alive and drain you of the energy you need to be your best self.

There are so many excuses to not accepting your “yets” – I’m sure you’ve already started a list:

* I don’t deserve to accept myself because of this really big “yet”

* It’s too big, I can’t accept it or myself.

* My friends wouldn’t accept me for it, so why should I?

* If I accept this one, there’s no telling what else I’ll let myself get away with…

So what’s the point – why am I asking you to Accept Your Yets?  Because when you do, many emotional and energetic doors will open for you.  When you Accept Your Yets you will find yourself more relaxed, with a deeper and broader perspective about your life, and you’ll notice a more forgiving stance towards others.

I know this is quite a challenge I’m asking you to take.  First you need to identify those “yets” you’ve been ignoring or pretending don’t have control over you and the amount of love you give yourself, then you have to choose one to release (with tapping or any other energetic tool), then you need to actually accept it (and you) and move forward in your life.

It will be SO worth it… to Accept Your Yets and accept yourself.  Please try to accept yourself, yets and all!

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words.  The principles of the Law of Attraction remind us that we will receive more of what we are “broadcasting” to the Universe when we are in alignment with it.  A high vibration (of joy, gratitude and appreciation) always comes before abundance shows up in your life.  When the universe is able to receive a clear signal or message from you – (no energetic interference from your attitudes) then the Law of Attraction starts to work in your favor.

“Even though I have all these “yets”  in my life that I can’t accept, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.”

“Even though I’m not ready to accept those “yets” and move on, I deeply and completely accept all of me.”

“Even though I know I’m punishing myself by not releasing my “yets”, I choose to love and forgive myself anyway.”

Chin: “Maybe I’m just punishing myself…”
Collarbone: “I try to accept all of me no matter what…”
Under Arm: “I’m not ready to Accept My Yets…”
Head: “I’m tired of holding onto them, but I can’t let go… yet…”

***Now for the positive focus on the solution***

Eyebrow: “I want to be willing to Accept My Yets.”
Side of Eye: “I want to be open enough to Accept My Yets.”
Under Eye: “I want to feel inspired to release my yets.”
Nose: “I want to want to accept and release all those yets in my life.”
Chin: “I know I would feel so much better if I accepted these yets…
Collarbone: “I choose to feel inspired to Accept My Yets.”
Under Arm: “I love feeling inspired to Accept My Yets.”
Head: “I choose to Accept My Yets right now.”
