Practice Something New…?

I wonder how much abundance
would flow into your life…

I have written about this topic and talked about it in my workshops frequently.  If you always do what you’ve always done, you will always get what you have always gotten. As always, this message is as much for me as it is for you!  So… it’s time to Practice Something New.

I want it to be up to you to decide what you want to try that’s “new” for you – you could practice a new behavior, exercise your new voice, a new vibration or a new attitude.  This month, I am trying to practice a new vibration… it’s definitely an ongoing experiment for me.

It is truly exciting to me that we have the freedom to Practice Something New if we want to get new results in our lives.  That’s the easy part – it is guaranteed that if we Practice Something New then the results that show up in our lives will also be new – hopefully better!  The more challenging part is that we often don’t follow through, or in spite of being upset with the results we do have, we don’t take new or different steps in our lives to receive and attract anything different.

Remember how important our focus and energy is in our lives – just having the intention to Practice Something New is worthwhile.  That intention will immediately lead to new behaviors unless your blocks are too numerous… but even if you have numerous blocks and find yourself sabotaging yourself, we have the best tools available at our fingertips to release these blocks – EFT and Law of Attraction!

So I choose to Practice Something New this week – a vibration of knowing that things are working out in a “Divine” order, rather than in my order…  How about you?  What’s going to be new in your life?

Maybe you need a reason to feel inspired to Practice Something New… Remember that our thoughts are real and carry energy and our vibration matters!  When we are practicing raising our vibration the Law of Attraction will offer us more to feel good about, which raises our vibration again and attracts even more abundance – and the cycle continues!  But when we are focused on anything negative, we stay in resistance to abundance.

Once we get in the habit to Practice Something New it will come so much easier to us, as every habit does after some genuine practice.   It will also allow us to release resistance, which makes attracting abundance so much easier. Releasing resistance means you will automatically become more congruent with the desires you have been asking for from Law of Attraction and your desires start to show up.

Are you ready to do some clearing?  Answer the following questions about your conflicts about being open to Practice Something New… The typical “yes, buts” that surface when I ask clients the following questions are all tappable issues – see if any of them resonate with you.

(1) What’s the “downside” to Practicing Something New in your life?

Yes, but, I don’t know what the results will be…

Yes, but, I prefer the certainty of what I’m accustomed to doing in my life…

(2) What’s the “upside” to continue doing what you’ve always done? (How does it “serve you” to stay the same?)

Yes, but, I’m afraid to change – what if it doesn’t work?

Yes, but, it just feels easier to stay the same – at least I know the outcome!

These are powerful questions to help you uncover any resistance to allowing yourself to Practice Something New.  Once you know the upside of staying where you are or the downside of getting what you want, you can treat these “yes, buts” with simple EFT sequences, change your energy, and become completely congruent with a successful life.

As Law of Attraction teachers say — it’s all energy.  The Law of Attraction sends you situations that have the same energy and vibration you are putting out… so when you are feeling hopeful and optimistic because you successfully trained yourself to Practice Something New… the Universe will bring you more opportunities that match this good feeling on an energetic basis.

But please remember – once you choose something new that you are going to practice in your life, you do need to practice!

Access more positive vibrations with the Law of Attraction by repeating the following phrases (while tapping or not):
