Imagine how much abundance would flow into your life if you could Overcome Overwhelm…  Your vibration would improve immediately!

Your first reaction may be skeptical – is it really possible to Overcome Overwhelm?  Isn’t this condition normal?  Isn’t it just a never-ending cycle?

Overwhelm is indeed a huge probelm – we have too much on our “to do” lists, too many emails, too much snail mail, too many demands and deadlines at work – even this list is overwhelming!  I’m sure you have thought… If only I could Overcome Overwhelm

Guess What? I have very good news for you – yes, you can Overcome Overwhelm!

While everyone always tries to stop being or getting overwhelmed, the first simple thing we need is to stop feeling overwhemed.   Since being overwhelmed is, well, very overwhelming, until we feel better and calmer, we won’t be able to stop the behaviors we do that get us into these patterns in the first place.

I’m going to keep it simple so we all don’t get more overwhelmed by the solution I’m proposing… First things first, we’ll use tapping on the basic overwhelming feelings in our body and mind – this will be a huge step towards changing this pattern we keep getting into in our lives.

Yes, we can Overcome Overwhelm and get back into balance in our lives!

The first thing to notice is where in your body you feel overwhelmed.  In your tummy? Your chest? Your head?  And then, in typical EFT fashion, measure how overwhelmed you actually feel right now on the 0-10 point scale.  (Don’t wait to do this exercise later… trust me, it will help if you do it right now!)

Once you have successfully lowered your feeling of overwhelm, then, and only then, can you take the steps and make the decisions to stop getting you in this pattern in the first place.  Trust me, I’ve tried it both ways, and after hitting my head against a wall enough times, I realized I had it backwards.  I continued to feel overwhelmed because I never got any relief from it – so there was never any space to figure out how to make different decisions, say “no” more often, and get my balance back!

So we’ll start by reducing the emotions and then you will have the space, time and creativity to help you change the behaviors and patterns.

Our vibration matters!

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words.  The principles of the Law of Attraction remind us that we will receive more of what we are “broadcasting” to the Universe when we are in alignment with it.  When the universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic interference from your attitudes) then the Law of Attraction starts to work in your favor.  So when you are clear and inspired to Overcome Overwhelm, the universe will support you.

“Even though I feel overwhelmed and don’t know how to stop this pattern, I completely accept how I feel.”

“Even though I feel overwhelmed about everything, I choose to love and accept myself anyway.”

Eyebrow: “I feel so overwhelmed… again.”
Side of Eye: “I feel overwhelmed in my body and mind.”
Under Eye: “I hate this pattern.”
Nose: “I don’t know how to feel better.”
Chin: “I feel overwhelmed all the time.”
Collarbone: “What’s the matter with me?”
Under Arm: “I don’t know how to feel better”
Head: “I feel overwhelmed in my body and mind.”

***Now for the positive focus on the solution***

Eyebrow: “I want to stop feeling Overwhelmed.”
Side of Eye: “I choose to feel calm and peaceful.”
Under Eye: “I can feel it in my body, and I accept it anyway.”
Nose: “I feel hopeful that I can Overcome Overwhelm.”
Chin: “I’m starting that process right now.
Collarbone: “I choose to feel inspired to Overcome Overwhelm.”
Under Arm: “I love feeling inspired to Overcome Overwhelm.”
Head: “I choose to know I am able to Overcome Overwhelm.”
