Unfortunately, I know how easy it is to get off track… with your health, your exercise program, your tapping, your self-care routines. I’ve fallen off that wagon many times. But when I stopped criticizing myself for getting out of my emotionally and physically healthy routines, I was able to Get Back On Track quite quickly.  So I’m inviting you to stop the judgment and allow yourself to Get Back on Track as soon as possible.

I know some of you don’t know “why” you got off the right track to begin with – you just stopped what you were doing!  And some of you don’t know “how” to Get Back On Track once you’ve fallen off.  But actually, you do know how…  Just get started again. Turn off all your electronic devices, sit down to meditate, put your sneakers on, or start tapping again… right now.

When you learn that you can Get Back On Track, right now, without all the fuss and drama, miracles will start to unfold.  You will feel more expanded, more peaceful, and full of joy… because when you stop resisting, there are so many possibilities for resolution, solutions, and positive outcomes.

I have had way too much experience getting off the right track, and way too much experience criticizing myself for it and wasting time judging myself for it. (Which, by the way, never works to motivate you anyway!)

What’s made the difference to help me Get Back On Track, is my reducing the criticism, releasing the judgment, and making a decision to start again the next day (or hour).  So, stop analyzing… just do it. (And tap first if you need to!)

It is emotionally liberating to stop the criticism.  It is freeing to let go of hating yourself so you are able to move forward smoothly. And your world will fill with abundance when you simply Get Back On Track as soon as possible.

I invite you to Get Back On Track, one moment at a time, and your life will be filled with freedom, peace, and much more abundance than you expected.

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words.  The principles of the Law of Attraction are very clear: you will receive more of what you are “broadcasting” to the Universe when you are in alignment with it. When the Universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic or emotional interference) then the Law of Attraction works in your favor.
