Wouldn’t that be great if you could Get Back Into Alignment?

In order for you to know how to successfully Get Back Into Alignment, the 2 crucial questions are: (1) What is alignment, and then of course (2) How did you get out of alignment in the first place?

Let’s talk about what alignment really is – it’s a feeling of connection, a feeling of being plugged in, a feeling that all parts of you are on the same side with the same purpose and goals.  Being in alignment means you know what you want and that all of you wants it… being in alignment means you know how you feel and you’re not trying to squash it or change it to please someone else…

Alignment looks like congruence, integrity, generosity and security on both emotional and energetic levels.  When you’re with someone who is in emotional and energetic alignment, they’re easy to be around. You may not like what they stand for, but you absolutely know where they stand!

Are you in alignment with yourself, what you want, and how you want to live your life?

Now let’s talk about how you most likely got out of alignment in the first place.

1) Doubts – Doubts about yourself, doubts about what you want and doubts about whether you’re good enough always pull you out of your emotional or energetic alignment.  Doubts cause you to question your purpose, or your goals, or what you stand for in your life emotionally.

2) Fears – Fears about what other people think, fears about whether you’re good enough, and whether you deserve what you want always pull you out of energetic and emotional alignment.

3) Stress and Overwhelm – Stress and overwhelm are…  well, overwhelming!  So you can’t really think straight under stressful work or family circumstances, and the chances are big that you will get off track with your direction, your purpose, and how you want to live and behave with yourself and others.

To get myself back into alignment, I always remember that my true purpose is service – serving others through being kind, loving, and generous with my time or attention, or giving service through my workshops and my programs.

Somewhere we learned that we should listen more to what others are thinking and feeling than to our own feelings and needs.  This definitely gets us out of alignment…

So I’m inviting you to Get Back Into Alignment, and notice how peaceful you feel again!

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words.  The principles of the Law of Attraction are very clear: you will receive more of what you are “broadcasting” to the Universe when you are in alignment with it.  When the Universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic or emotional interference) then the Law of Attraction works in your favor.  So when you are ready to Get Back Into Alignment, the Universe will support you in new and surprising ways by opening up new channels of abundance.
