Do you ever get tired of rushing, hurrying, organizing, doing more, planning more, or juggling more?

Do you ever feel as if you can’t Be Still any more… there’s no time to Be Still because you have too much to do?  (Yes, there is an absurd quality to this feeling – too busy to slow down and Be Still.) Personally and professionally, I think it’s the basic problem with our modern society…

No one ever does just one thing at a time any more.  We’re texting, emailing and talking all at the same time. And our electronic devices are ringing or buzzing constantly. What did we ever do before all these gadgets and notifications?  I’m the first to say that all of this is very convenient, yes – but disruptive and annoying and possibly bad for our health, that is also a “yes.”

Sadly, sometimes you don’t notice the noise or the chaos until you’re forced to be completely still for a short period of time – that means no movement, no dialing, no twitching, no texting, no fidgeting… What a relief!

Why would you want to Be Still for a change? There are so many benefits when you slow down enough to Be Still.  Here are the reasons I make an effort to Be Still for short periods of time in my day:

1) First, there are health benefits.  You can read the research about them, but suffice it to say that hurrying and rushing isn’t good for most of your organs or immune system.

2) Second, there are obvious emotional benefits to finding time for peace and calm. Your emotions never get a chance for air time if you’re never still or quiet.  Then they get pushed aside or shoved under the rug, and we know what happens then…

3) Finally, there are “spiritual” benefits. If you’re never still, how can you connect with guides, angels, source energy, or your inner guidance?  Or connect to your basic “yes” when you need to?

Sometimes, as the saying goes, we need to slow down to speed up… but we just aren’t willing to slow down and Be Still.

I invite you to take your life back by remembering to Be Still once in a while.  (Once a day would be ideal, but once in a while is a good start…) Your life will be filled with peace, expansion, and much more abundance than you ever expected!

Our vibration matters!

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words.  The principles of the Law of Attraction are very clear: you will receive more of what you are “broadcasting” to the Universe when you are in alignment with it.  When the Universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic or emotional interference) then the Law of Attraction works in your favor.

So when you are ready and willing to Be Still, the Universe will support you in new and surprising ways by opening up new channels of abundance.

Under Eye: “I choose to enjoy making time to Be Still.”

Nose: “I feel inspired to make time to Be Still.”

Chin: “I want to want to make time to Be Still.

Collarbone: “I’m inspired to make time to Be Still.”

Under Arm: “I am excited to start a new habit…”

Head: “I choose to make time to Be Still now!”
