What if not tapping daily is not a discipline problem? What if it is information?
I want you to notice the behavior first. You have this incredible tool, and if you are not using it, that is worth paying attention to.
Not with shame.
With curiosity.
If you are not tapping daily, or not using the practice you know could help you, something may be getting in your way. There may be an emotional conflict, a limiting belief, or a self-sabotaging behavior sitting between where you are and the success you keep saying you want.
Let's use EFT Tapping to work with the reluctance, the fear, the part of you that steps back, and the way your behavior may be showing you what still needs to be cleared.
Because if you were completely aligned with the success you want, you would be using the tools that help you get there.
So the resistance is not bad news.
It is feedback.
It may be showing you that part of you is still afraid of success. Part of you may still have a "yes, but." Part of you may still be bumping into old thoughts, fears, or beliefs about what will happen if you actually get the results you want.
We do not have to attack that part of you.
We tap on it.
We appreciate the information. We listen to what the behavior is showing us. We let the body calm down enough to move from self-sabotage into more alignment.
That is the rewire: from "I should be doing this and I am failing" to "my behavior is showing me where I am still afraid, and now I know what to tap on."
If this speaks to you, take a breath, tap along, and notice what your resistance to daily tapping may be showing you about the success you want.
