Are you tired of your own negative self-talk?

Maybe the voice says you are not good enough or you will never amount to anything.

That constant critical voice is the symptom. The hidden block underneath it may be the belief that you do not deserve success.

You did not arrive speaking to yourself this way. You learned it.

If you grow up in France, you learn to speak French. If you grow up around criticism, pressure, or disappointment, you may learn that language too and begin speaking it to yourself.

No wonder it feels automatic. A habit repeated for years can become so familiar that you barely notice it, and a learned belief can begin to feel like a fact.

Think of one negative phrase you say often. Notice how it feels in your body, then ask where you learned to talk to yourself that way.

EFT Tapping can help you work with the feeling and the belief beneath the words. The goal is not to force yourself into praise you do not believe. It is to recognize that "I do not deserve success" is a learned belief, not proof of your worth.

Your next yes is awareness. When you hear the critical voice, pause and name the pattern. Write down the exact phrase, ask whether it is true, and tap on the feeling it creates.

The rewire is from "This voice tells me the truth about who I am" to "This is language I learned, and I can notice it, question it, and begin speaking to myself differently."

Tap along, stay gentle with yourself, and notice what changes when you realize the inner critic is a learned pattern instead of your identity.
