Are you afraid you're going to run out of money?
When you imagine your financial future, notice what happens in your body. Do you feel anxiety in your stomach, your chest, or your back? If there was not enough in your past, or money still feels tight today, the fear that there will never be enough can start to feel like a fact.
Your fear may come from real experiences, and your practical concerns deserve attention. But your past does not have to predict your future. Fear can keep you convinced that life has to be a struggle or that you do not have what it takes to change your circumstances. When those beliefs feel absolutely true, it is difficult to see new possibilities.
EFT Tapping can help you lower the panic enough to separate fear from fact. Measure the intensity from zero to 10 and notice where you feel it. Then ask how true these beliefs feel: "Life has to be a struggle" and "I don't have what it takes." Are they facts, or are they old beliefs that have been reinforced by your experiences?
As the intensity comes down, you can use your thoughtfulness, creativity, and resourcefulness more fully. Feeling calmer does not mean ignoring your financial reality. It means you can respond to it without letting panic make every decision.
Your next yes is to ask for help with your financial future or make one practical plan. If either step feels overwhelming, tap on that resistance first.
The rewire is from "My past proves I will run out of money" to "My past explains my fear, but it does not guarantee my future. I can calm the fear and take one practical step."
Take a breath, tap with me, and notice what becomes possible when fear is no longer your financial forecast.
