Imagine how much abundance would flow into your life if you could Remember to Pause…  Your vibration would improve immediately and abundance would start to flow into your life.

I know that when I am too busy, it’s challenging to Remember to Pause and absorb positive sights, sounds and experiences from my environment that would be healing for me.

We don’t have to pause only to notice what’s going well.  While that is advisable, we can pause and just notice anything that is showing up, consider the contrast, notice our reaction, and just enjoy slowing down for a pause.

I invite you to Remember to Pause frequently throughout your day –  to notice, to savor, to process – whatever is on your path.  The value of pausing will show up in your life as peace, serenity, and new forms of abundance.

So… what blocks you from pausing during your day? As I said above, being busy is usually  the excuse I use to “forget” to Remember to Pause!

I also need to remind myself that if I Remember to Pause, it’s good for my body and soul!  I never knew it was so good for me physically, emotionally and energetically.  Once I understood the value that came from pausing, it was easier to remember to do it on a regular basis.

So I invite you to Remember to Pause… put this suggestion on your to-do list, write yourself a note, make a commitment in whatever ways work for you.  It’s quite simple to eliminate the reasons you forget to pause with tapping sequences.  And once you do, you’ll be able to enjoy the powerful benefits of pausing throughout your day.

Some benefits I have noticed when I Remember to Pause are:

1.  I become more “mindful”

2. I am more patient (I really need this one…)

3. My thinking becomes clearer

4. I savor positive experiences

5. I become more creative

6. I feel more grateful

7. Abundance flows from unusual channels

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words.  The principles of the Law of Attraction remind us that we will receive more of what we are “broadcasting” to the Universe when we are in alignment with it.  When the universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic or emotional interference) then theLaw of Attraction works in your favor.  So when you Remember to Pause, the universe will support you.
