Honestly, when was the last time you gave yourself Undivided Attention? That would mean no multi-tasking, no pods, pads or phones… it’s not that easy, but it is essential!

As you’ve heard me say in other newsletters and on recordings, I am a talented multi-tasker… but I’m less and less proud of that skill as I learn more and more about the value of giving myself, tasks, and anything in front of me my Undivided Attenion. 

I have no trouble giving other people Undivided Attention – I love my work, enjoy being helpful, get inspired by what people have to say and their stories of what they’ve been through. Giving Undivided Attention to my clients and to others feels easy, but it’s more difficult to give it to myself.

So if you are already giving yourself Undivided Attention, every day, that’s great, congratulations. But if you’re not, or haven’t this week, why not? Why isn’t this on the top of your “to do” list?

Do any of these “excuses” resonate with you?

  1. I’m too busy to give myself “Undivided Attention”
  2. I’m afraid of what might surface if I’m really quiet…
  3. I’m not convinced it’s worth the effort!
  4. I don’t want to be seen as selfish…

What if you could learn how to value being able to give yourself Undivided Attention? There would be so many benefits and you’d feel the positive effects of the mindful quality of this. You would enjoy more ease and grace, more peace and quiet. Events and even challenges would flow more smoothly. The extra bonus is that you will attract more abundance into your life…

What’s the connection with giving yourself Undivided Attention and attracting abundance? When you are willing to give yourself Undivided Attention, you are automatically communicating to the Universe that you are worth it, and ready for more abundance. When you communicate to the Universe that you are open to grace and gratitude, you will receive more success. Your vibration will be more alive and abundant, and the results will be exciting!

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words. The principles of the Law of Attraction remind us that we will receive more of what we are “broadcasting” to the Universe when we are in alignment with it. When the Universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic or emotional interference) then the Law of Attraction works in your favor. So when you remember to give yourself  Undivided Attention, the Universe will support you by opening up new channels of abundance.

Under Arm: “I don’t know whether it’s worth it… or I’m worth it…”

Head: “I really don’t know how or if I even want to…”

***Now for the positive focus on the solution***

Eyebrow: “I want to give myself Undivided Attention.

Side of Eye: “I know it will be good for me.”

Under Eye: “I want to value myself enough.”

Nose: “I want to make time to give myself Undivided Attention.”

Chin: “I’m willing to enjoy the Undivided Attention.

Collarbone: “I feel inspired to give myself Undivided Attention.”

Under Arm: “I choose to give myself Undivided Attention.”

Head: “I choose to value myself enough for Undivided Attention.”


Access more positive vibrations with the Law of Attraction by repeating the following phrases (while tapping or not):
