It is critical for your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being to Find a Safe Place to just be you, to relax, and to express your deepest feelings.  When we value ourselves, we value finding a place or places that feel safe energetically and emotionally.  If you don’t feel safe enough to be yourself or express your feelings, you won’t be able to thrive emotionally, physically or spiritually.

I know from both personal and professional experience that when you Find a Safe Place to be you and express your deepest emotions, you will sleep better, feel better, and will be able to stick to a healthier lifestyle.  In addition, you will generally be easier to be around as you release emotional conflicts, build your self-esteem and grow in confidence!  When you don’t take the time to Find a Safe Place to be your best you, you’ll notice that your relationships aren’t as full as you hoped they could be, you’re not as happy as you could be, and you’re not as physically vibrant as you could be…

The key for all healing – emotional, spiritual and physical – is safety.  When you feel safe, you become more honest, more vulnerable, and more real with yourself about your own emotions and who you really are.   Great decisions are made from a safe place – never from a place of fear.   Deep healing comes from being safe enough to explore who you really are and examine what makes you respond the way you do in your life.  Without the energy or feeling of safety, it would feel unnatural to share your inner truths., so you’ll stay quiet and hide your inner world.

My invitation to you is to Find a Safe Place to get to know yourself better, which in turn will help you feel more confident.  From this place of emotional confidence, you’ll make clearer decisions about your life and your future.

Why do I care about your safety?
Because if you don’t feel safe, you’ll keep quiet.
If you keep quiet, you can’t heal from your deepest pains.

Search until you find a safe place to share your feelings and be you.  Where would this be?  With a trusted counselor, practitioner or friend? With a family member? Or expressing yourself in your private journal?  It’s up to you to decide who, what, when or where you feel safe… it must be your decision.
