Listen to a companion tapping: (Download MP3)
I hear you – you are grappling with all the unknowns in your life. And that is understandable – even tomorrow’s schedule can feel like an unknown. Then there are the unknowns about your finances, your health, your work, your family, your immediate future, the long-term future, the list goes on and on.
But did we ever really have any certainty about any of that? No, we just thought we did, and took comfort from thinking we were in control of what was happening in the near and far future!
I want to remind you that when you come from a place of stillness and peace, you will be more relaxed, and when you are more relaxed, that helps your immune system. In addition, you will discover many “knowns” instead of focusing only on the unknowns.
Let’s acknowledge some valuable knowns in your life, amidst all the unknowns you are wrestling with right now in this uncertain time:
- Tapping reduces anxiety and improves your immune system
- Meditation helps you focus and calms your mind
- Expressing gratitude draws more abundance into your life
- Physical movement release trapped energy
- Being kind is good for all our energy
- Self-love is healing
Don’t forget to wash your hands before your start touching your face for the following Tapping sequences… (and listen to the related audio version of this sequence at the top of this page.)
