Do you keep hitting the same financial ceiling?

You may consciously want more, but what happens when you imagine yourself at the next financial level? Do you feel anxious, awkward or uncomfortable? Does part of you say, "That doesn't feel like me"?

Your money identity shapes your earning, spending, investing, and decisions. If you have never reached the next level, "I can't because I never have" can feel like a fact. You may identify as a low earner or someone who always struggles, and keep returning to what feels familiar.

EFT Tapping can help you work with the discomfort instead of forcing past it. Measure the anxiety when you imagine earning more and notice where you feel it. Then measure this belief: "I can't have more because I never have." Your history may explain it, but does not have to define your identity forever.

This is not pretending that your income will change through positive feelings alone. Choices, skills, planning, and support still matter. When the intensity comes down, those actions can feel more available and more like you.

Your next yes is one behavior that belongs to your expanding money identity. You might track your money, make a plan, ask for support, open a bill you have been avoiding, or pause before spending impulsively. Choose one action that feels believable enough to practice now.

The rewire is from "This financial ceiling is just who I am" to "This is a familiar identity, not my final limit. I can become more comfortable with one new financial behavior."

Money blocks have layers. Notice which episode in this series brought up the strongest emotional response, and keep working gently with that one thread.
