What past money event are you still thinking about, and how is it affecting your decisions today?

Maybe you lost money in an investment or business venture. Maybe you made a financial decision you regret. The event may have happened a year ago or twenty years ago, but part of you may still be bracing for it to happen again.

That fear can make it difficult to make clean, clear decisions about money today. It can also create a painful belief about who you are: "I'm just not good with money." When the event and the belief stay active in your nervous system, the past can feel like proof of what will happen next.

The loss, mistake, or disappointment may have been real. This is not about pretending it did not matter or pushing yourself to take another risk before you are ready. It is about separating what happened then from what is true about you now.

EFT Tapping can help you work with both layers. Notice the fear that you could lose money again, and notice how true the belief that you are not good with money feels. As the emotional charge begins to soften, you may be able to see that an old belief is not the same as a fact.

You have learned and changed since that event. Your next yes is to choose one small money decision and evaluate it based on today: what you know now, the support available to you, and the person you have become.

The rewire is from "What happened last time proves I cannot trust myself with money" to "That event affected me, but it does not have to make every future decision for me."

Tap with me and notice whether the past can stay in the past while you make your next decision from a clearer place.
