Do you feel anxious about money no matter how much you earn?

Maybe bills make you tense, spending feels unsafe, or part of you is convinced there will never be enough.

Chronic financial anxiety is the symptom. The hidden block underneath it may be a scarcity mindset.

A mindset is something you can inherit and learn. Maybe there truly was not enough when you were growing up. Maybe the people around you taught you to expect scarcity or believe it would be foolish to relax around money.

No wonder the anxiety feels responsible and realistic.

But what was true then may not be true now. When the same anxiety follows you from one income level to another, more money alone may not settle it. The old belief can remain even when your circumstances change.

Notice what happens in your body when you think about your finances. How intense is the anxiety from zero to ten? How true does the belief that there will never be enough feel right now?

EFT Tapping can help you work with the anxiety and learned belief without denying your finances. Releasing anxiety does not mean spending carelessly or ignoring bills. It can help you see the numbers with more clarity and less fear.

Then ask, "What is my next yes?" You might look at your bank account, review one bill, make a simple accounting sheet, or notice a spending pattern you have been avoiding.

The rewire is from "Scarcity is the way of the world, and there will never be enough for me" to "That belief may have been true before, but I can feel safer with what is true today and take one clear step."

Tap with me and notice whether money feels a little less threatening when you separate an inherited scarcity mindset from your present financial reality.
