Are you stuck in your life personally or professionally, even though you keep saying you want things to be different?
Feeling stuck is the symptom. The hidden block underneath it may be fear of change.
You may know what you need to do. You may talk about moving forward, make plans, and imagine a different life. Then you procrastinate, avoid the next step, or keep repeating the same familiar pattern.
No wonder. Change can feel uncomfortable even when it is wanted.
Part of you may believe that changing will rock the boat, feel terrible, or upset someone you care about. Maybe someone will not like the new choice you make. Maybe the familiar version of you feels safer than the person you might become.
I want you to imagine one personal or professional change you have been asking for. Say, "I am afraid to change," and notice what happens in your body. How intense is that fear from zero to ten?
EFT Tapping can help you work with the fear itself and the belief that change will be disruptive for you or someone else. You do not have to force a dramatic transformation. You can help your nervous system feel safer with one small difference.
Then ask, "What is my next yes?" Choose something small enough to feel possible: one conversation, one decision, one new action, or one break in the old routine.
The rewire is from "I keep getting in my own way" to "I understand why change has felt threatening, and I can choose one small step without changing everything at once."
Tap along and notice whether movement feels more possible when you stop treating stuckness as the whole problem and begin working with the fear underneath it.
