Does the topic of money immediately create stress or tension in your body?

An empty bank account, unpaid bills, debt, or not enough income may feel like the whole problem. Those circumstances are real, but they may also be symptoms of what is happening underneath.

The hidden block may be the tension you carry around money, what you learned to believe about it, and whether you expect there will ever be enough.

Maybe your belief is, "There will never be enough money for me," or, "Money always has to be a struggle."

You may have learned that belief from your family or your own experiences. When you repeat a money story for years, it can feel like a fact.

And it can shape your behavior. Maybe you restrict every purchase because spending feels unsafe. Maybe you overspend and then feel shame or guilt. You may keep focusing on the behavior without understanding the emotional conflict underneath it.

Before you try to solve everything, notice what happens in your body when you think about money. How much tension do you feel from zero to ten? Then ask: What do I believe about money, and where did I learn that?

EFT Tapping can help you work with the stress, the belief, and the shame instead of criticizing yourself for the symptoms.

Then ask, "What is my next yes?" It might be tapping before a financial decision, exploring the money story you learned as a child, or choosing one healthier action without demanding that you fix everything at once.

The rewire is from "I just have a money problem" to "I can work with the feelings and beliefs underneath the numbers and begin changing my story around money."

Tap along with me and notice what becomes possible when money stress is not just a problem to endure, but a hidden block you can begin to release.
