What if hiding has been doing something for you? What if it helped you feel safer once, even if it is blocking you now?
I want you to ask the question with care: What is the upside of hiding? What does staying under the radar give you? What does it protect you from?
If you are wired to hide, that wiring came from somewhere. Something taught your brain that coming out of the shadows was risky, that visibility meant exposure, judgment, criticism, or consequences.
So let's tap on hiding without attacking it. We can be curious about what it has done for you, what it has protected you from, and whether you still need to hide the same way now.
We tap on the fear of being exposed, the fear of being seen, the fear of coming forward with your success. We appreciate that hiding may have protected you before, while opening to the possibility that you do not need to hide the same way now.
You can come out of hiding gradually, with your nervous system included.
That is the rewire: from hiding as protection to visibility as a safer, more aligned expression of who you are and what you are here to do.
Tap along with me and notice what shifts when hiding is no longer the only way to feel safe.
