This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your self-care and healing practices, to focus on mindfulness and kindness, and to really get clear about what you need and want in the coming year. But you need to take the time to focus on what will renew your body, mind and spirit.
I have re-committed to my tapping and meditation practices as a daily “love to do.”
