I absolutely love this topic – “Get Back on the Bike.” It has helped me so much in all areas of my life, and allowed me to help so many other people as well.
What does it mean? It means that in spite of the discouragement and disappointment you feel when you “fall off” your “bike” (project, plan, relationship, or goal) there is always hope … if and when you get back on the bike.
What’s the problem?
You were going along great… and then boom, you fell off…
You were enjoying your forward momentum, and then… oops, what happened?
You thought you were over this sabotage pattern, and then it showed up again…
Maybe you don’t know why you fell off in the first place.
