Are you tired of feeling stuck in your life? Perhaps you procrastinate, or your fears keep you from moving forward. Are you tired of knowing what you’re supposed to do, and still not doing it? There is hope in the form of a simple, effective technique known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), or “tapping.” Tapping is a healing method based on the Chinese discipline of acupuncture and modern psychology that helps us to release the stress and energetic blockages that keep us stuck. EFT practitioners use a gentle tapping technique to stimulate acupuncture points on the face and body while focusing on and verbalizing the emotional problem to be resolved. We will learn how to use this technique to help us eliminate patterns of self sabotage and release the fears and blocks that have been preventing us from moving forward in our lives.
