Here’s the truth. You don’t have to feel anything you don’t want to. If you don’t feel grateful, don’t push it. It is valuable however, to understand why and when you do feel grateful and why and when you don’t… all worth unpacking.

Start with stillness. Start with stillness before you make decisions, before you pick up the telephone, before you hit send, before you start a conversation. Start with stillness before you express your outrage, before you engage in a protest, before you try to contribute to societal change.
It’s a great time to choose to clean up a conflict that is disturbing your peace. The positive results will reach into all parts of your life.
No matter what you’re feeling or going through, you will become more peaceful and grounded if you can just be with your feelings … one emotion at a time.
No matter what you notice in your emotional, physical or energetic reactions, I invite you to appreciate all of them.
Thanks to you, I remember that I am not alone. So please remember, no matter what highs and lows,
ups and downs, firsts and lasts you are going through, you are not alone either, even though it might feel,
look and sound that way.
I want to remind you that when you come from a place of stillness and peace, you will be more relaxed, and when you are more relaxed, that helps your immune system. In addition, you will discover many “knowns” instead of focusing only on the unknowns.
